Returns & refunds

Standard returns are requested within 20 calendar days. Written approval is required before shipping, the buyer pays return shipping, and a $5 U.S. restocking fee applies. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by us should be reported as soon as possible and within 20 calendar days; we provide a prepaid label and no restocking fee applies.

Shipping

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only. Standard U.S. shipping is $6 for orders under $69 and free for orders of $69 or more. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
