I.Return Timeframe & Basic Conditions

    Return Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements:

    Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains.
    All tags must be attached, and original packaging must be intact.

II. Return Quantity & Fees

    Quantity Limit: Maximum 10 items per order can be returned.
    Cost Responsibility: Customers cover return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties.

III. Return Process Instructions

    Return Address: Use the approved return address provided in the brand’s email. Do not use the original shipping address.
    Shipback Deadline: Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
    Tracking Info: Email the tracking number to support@duskyonder.com. The brand is not responsible for lost returns.

IV. Refund Processing Time

    Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days after the returned package is marked as delivered.

V. Exchange Policy

    Exchanges are not direct (e.g., for a different color/size).
    You must return for a refund first, then place a new order.

Return Options

1. Domestic Returns (US Only)

    A return label will be emailed within 1-3 business days. (US customers only.)
    A $2.99 restocking fee per item 
    You will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

2. International Return

    Click the "Start Return – International" button below.
    You can choose the courier company at your own discretion and bear the return shipping fee.
    A $6restocking fee per item + duties (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
