I. Return Timeframe & Basic Conditions

  • Return Window: Returns must be requested within 20 days of delivery.

  • Condition Requirements:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains.

    • All tags must be attached, and original packaging must be intact.

  • Final Sale Items: Items purchased under clearance, special promotions, or marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.


II. Return Quantity & Fees

  • Quantity Limit: Maximum 10 items per order can be returned.

  • Shipping & Duties: Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties.

  • Refund Deductions (Based on Location):

    • U.S. Domestic Returns: A flat $5 RMA quality inspection & re-packaging fee per order will be deducted from your final refund.

    • International Returns: A $6 restocking fee per item + duties (if applicable) will be deducted from your final refund.


III. Return Process Instructions

  • Return Address: Use the approved return address provided in the brand’s email. Do not use the original shipping address.

  • Warehouse Restriction: Our warehouses cannot accept packages shipped directly from China. Please ensure you use postal or courier services available in your country/region to arrange the return shipment.

  • Shipback Deadline: Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

  • Tracking Info: You must email your return tracking number to support@duskyonder.com. The brand is not responsible for lost or untrackable returns.


IV. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days after the returned package is officially marked as delivered and inspected at our warehouse.


V. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are not direct (e.g., for a different color/size).

  • You must return your original item for a refund first, then place a new order on our website.
