I. Order Processing & Shipping Time

We aim to get your yoga gear to you as quickly as possible!

• Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding pre-order items and weekends).

• Delivery Estimates: Shipping times are estimates provided by our partner carriers (USPS). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

II. Customs, Duties & International Sales

• U.S. Market: For our customers in the United States, orders valued under $800 typically do not incur any customs duties or import taxes.

• Rest of World: Currently, we are focusing on the US market. For other regions, all sales are considered final unless a return is processed in strict accordance with our Return Policy (where a $6 restocking fee per item and customer-covered return shipping fees will apply).

• Unpaid Duties: If applicable, customers are responsible for paying any local customs duties. Please note that packages abandoned or destroyed by customs due to unpaid fees are non-refundable.

III. Address Accuracy & Delivery

• Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address! If you find an error, contact us at support@duskyonder.com within 12 hours. Once an order is processed by our warehouse, we cannot change the destination.

• Reshipment Fee: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, a redelivery fee will apply.

• Refused Packages: If a recipient refuses delivery, a fee equivalent to 15% of the order total (covering shipping and handling) will be deducted from your refund.

IV. Lost or Missing Packages

• Marked as Delivered but Missing: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can’t find your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it's still missing, contact our support team within 7 days.

• Lost in Transit: If your package has no tracking updates for over 10 business days, please reach out to us at support@duskyonder.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and ensure you receive your items via reshipment or refund.

V. Unexpected Delays (Force Majeure)

While we strive for perfection, delays may occur due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or large-scale strikes. We appreciate your patience during these rare events and will keep you updated via email.
