Returns & refunds
Standard returns must be requested within 20 calendar days after delivery. Contact support@duskyonder.com and receive written approval before sending anything back.
For an approved standard return, the buyer pays return shipping and a $5 U.S. restocking fee applies. We do not accept returns sent without prior written approval.
Merchant-responsibility issues
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect because of our error, contact us as soon as possible and within 20 calendar days after delivery. We provide a prepaid return label and no restocking fee applies.
Refund timing
After the returned package is delivered, allow 3–5 business days for inspection. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need an additional 3–5 business days to post it.
