I. Return Timeframe & Basic Conditions

Return Window: Returns must be requested within 20 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains.

All tags must be attached, and original packaging must be intact.

Final Sale Items: Items purchased under clearance, special promotions, or marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
II. Return Quantity & Fees

Quantity Limit: Maximum 10 items per order can be returned.

Shipping & Duties: Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties.

Refund Deductions (Based on Location):

U.S. Domestic Returns: A flat $5 RMA quality inspection & re-packaging fee per order will be deducted from your final refund.

International Returns: A $6 restocking fee per item + duties (if applicable) will be deducted from your final refund.

III. Return Process Instructions

Return Address: Use the approved return address provided in the brand’s email. Do not use the original shipping address.

Warehouse Restriction: Our warehouses cannot accept packages shipped directly from China. Please ensure you use postal or courier services available in your country/region to arrange the return shipment.

Shipback Deadline: Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

Tracking Info: You must email your return tracking number to support@duskyonder.com. The brand is not responsible for lost or untrackable returns.
IV. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days after the returned package is officially marked as delivered and inspected at our warehouse.
V. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not direct (e.g., for a different color/size).

You must return your original item for a refund first, then place a new order on our website.
