Why Comfortable Yoga Outfits Matter More Than You Think
To be honest, I used to think all the Yoga outfits were pretty much the same. That is until one day, the pants "betrayed" me in class. It happened on a Wednesday evening. That typical yoga class after work. Everyone looked exhausted, but they didn't want to go straight home to check their phones, so they came here to "pretend they were healthy". The studio is very quiet. The lights are dim. There is a hint of lavender smell in the air. I was about to do a particularly elegant Forward Fold. And then — Snap. It's not tearing. Nor is it falling down. It was that very subtle feeling: The pants began to slip down. And it was of the kind where "the more you move, the more it goes down". At that moment, all I had in my mind was this thought: "Well, today my core muscles are not the abdominal muscles, but the hands." Throughout the entire class, I was secretly pulling up my pants.
